About Our Programs

We provide services for adults 18 years old and above through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Both programs provide treatment during the day so you can return home at night. Let us help you determine which program would best support you.

What We Offer

  • Adult group therapy and education sessions throughout the day
  • Weekly meetings with a Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner
  • Classes on the benefits of good nutrition, healthy living, exercise, mindfulness and relaxation
  • Recovery-focused education on diagnoses, medications, effective communication, problem solving and healthy coping strategies

Who May Benefit

Our programs serve adults:

  • Recently hospitalized in an inpatient mental health facility or needing support to help prevent a future hospitalization
  • Requiring structured treatment and support beyond that which can be provided by individual therapy alone
  • Struggling to cope at school, work and/or home
  • Having difficulty managing basic self-care needs and progress towards recovery
  • Experiencing moderate to severe depression and/or anxiety symptoms
  • Struggling with intrusive or troubling thoughts of self-harm

Our approach to care combines the latest techniques for recovery and improvement including group and individual therapy, written information, discussion, journaling, worksheets, videos, art activities, drama therapy, games, and role playing.

We provide the following:
